Shipping policy
Please note: Due to Biosecurity laws, we are unable to deliver dried floral bouquets to addresses in TAS, or NT at this time.
Delivery times will vary based on your location. All of our dried floral orders are shipped from our Kogarah Home Studio.
Orders from our Wedding Range require a processing time from 5 days and more , in addition to delivery time. Please allow ample time before your wedding day when placing your order. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping notification containing tracking details.
To freight items, we predominantly use Aus Post who provide us with the most cost effective live quotes. We also use a mix of external couriers who are freighting legends whom we trust and value highly.
Once standard shipping items have been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text message with your tracking number so you can track delivery. Most orders(Sydney Australia) take between 1-10 business days to arrive.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking details.

We currently offer shipping within Australia only.
Please note that we do not ship to Tasmania at this time.
If an order is placed with a delivery address in Tasmania, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
If you are not at home during a courier delivery, several things can happen depending on the delivery service and their policies. Here are some possible scenarios:
Reattempted Delivery: If the courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they may try again on a different day.
Delivery to a Pickup Location: Alternatively, the courier may take your package to a designated pickup location, such as a local post office, depot, or a partnered store nearby.
Package Return: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and alternative arrangements are not made within a specified period, the courier may return the package to the sender.
